With 62 European civil society organisations‘ laying down their red lines on Artificial Intelligence in the upcoming European legislative proposal, The Left in the European Parliament is organising a webinar in support of this fight so that NGOs are also given a voice in the discussions on regulating AI. We are pleased that Isabelle Schömann from the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), Sarah Chander from European Digital Rights (EDRi), Daniel Leufer from AccesNow and David Martin from the Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs (BEUC) will be joining us. We look forward to discussing with them on the importance of how and also where limits to AI must be set in order to guarantee our fundamental rights and privacy.
