The “Stop Death at Work” conference brings together European leaders and advocates to address workplace fatalities. Aiming to highlight this often-overlooked issue, the event will explore gaps in safety regulations, employer accountability, and support for victims’ families, pushing for reforms to achieve zero deaths at work across the EU.

Objective: to present death at work as a fact of society, a political issue concerning a large-scale, recurring phenomenon throughout Europe.

Objective: To highlight the media and political invisibility of death in the workplace and suggest ways of alerting public opinion on the matter.
