“Takbar Haddi hunger strike”

With Takbar Haddi, mother of Mohamed Lamine Haidala, a young Sahrawi activist who on the night of the 31st January was attacked by Moroccan police. He died four days later after a sequence of events that illustrates the cruelty of the Moroccan state towards Saharawi people. Tabkar Haddi, also a life-long activist for the rights of Saharawi people, decided on the 15th May to start a Hunger strike in order to ask for an independent investigation of the case of Mohamed.
